We believe the green energy revolution is happening and our community deserves a seat at the table. Not as spectators, but as leaders.
That's why we built Soul Power. It's a place where someone from our neighborhood can walk in without any solar experience and walk out with the certifications, skills, and connections to start a real career. We do that through hands-on training, professional-grade tools, and the kind of mentorship that only comes from people who've actually done the work.

Workforce Development & Solar Training
Our 3-tier Vocational Ladder takes students from first safety cert to professional board certification aligned with IBEW Local 531 and WorkOne. Our Incubator track adds the Business of Solar for future founders.

We engage youth through partnerships with Junior High and Grade Schools, advocate with regional industry leaders for renewable energy standards, and lead community projects focused on green infrastructure and pollution reduction.

Every Soul Power student gets a professional digital training account worth $600 - $800. That's the same online learning platform used by the top solar engineering firms in the country.
We give it to our students for free built right into the program and pair it with in-person mentorship from people who've spent years doing this work.
